Service record

The record, in four movements.

No dates and no name-dropping. The postings are real, the order is true, and the work speaks for itself.

Movement I

The hotel years.

Where the discipline was learned: buildings full of guests, staff, and a thousand moving parts, all of them my problem.

General manager · Regional hotel group

First commands

Ran hotels across a regional portfolio, including new constructions walked from ground break to grand opening. A general manager owns everything: the lobby, the ledger, and the outcome.

Asset manager · National hotel group

The corporate floor

Oversight of an entire national portfolio at the corporate level: performance, capital, and accountability for every property the group held. The view from above the org chart, with the numbers to match.

Concierge director · Luxury amenity firm

White-glove standard

Directed concierge teams for luxury residences and hotels, serving a clientele that notices everything. Custom guest experiences, VIP services, and events executed to the minute.

Operations leader · Multi-property

Several hotels at once

Parallel command of multiple properties: operations, guest experience, and revenue together. Guest satisfaction rose fifteen percent, costs held flat, and the teams were trained to standards that outlasted the tenure.

Movement II

The munitions years.

United States Air Force. Munitions Systems: the trade that arms the mission.

Munitions Systems · United States Air Force

The weapons behind the mission

Ordnance built, stored, moved, and accounted for under rules where the count is never wrong. Explosives handled by the book, movements planned like chess, records kept like law.

Precision logistics at its most literal: when the inventory can level a building, discipline is not a preference. This is where order stopped being a habit and became an identity.

Movement III

The building years.

The operations went digital: platforms, products, and eventually a flag of my own.

Operations manager · Hospitality marketing agency

Hotels, translated to the web

Hotel web platforms and digital marketing programs: visibility up, direct bookings up, occupancy following. The bridge between the front desk and the browser.

Founder · Ameen Systems

Web design and systems development

A studio practice built from zero: premium websites, member platforms, automation, and an internal command center that monitors and maintains a fleet of more than thirty production sites. Design, code, and operations under one flag.

Secretary · Board of directors, community nonprofit

An officer’s seat

Records, minutes, and governance for a community institution. The quiet administration that keeps a mission honest and running.

Movement IV · Current

The machine years.

Operations returned to the physical world, at industrial scale, and brought the software along.

Materials and site management · Automated logistics

Building the machines that keep order

Conveyance, robotics, and high-density automated storage, engineered into distribution centers and commissioned on site. Thousands of components arriving, staging, and installing in exact sequence, because the systems that keep order for everyone else have to be built in order too.

Founder · Signal Retail

Retail intelligence

A platform of my own making: structured field observation in, operational decisions out, with a live reporting dashboard behind it. Founder, builder, and operator.

Kit inspection

Skills, inventoried.
